Botanically, tomatoes are considered fruits, but in 1893, a decision was made to change their species and classify them as vegetables. We enriched our wide noodles with ingredients with interesting histories and called the dish Botanical Paradise.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Red Onion
- 40ml Sunflower Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 500g Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Double Tomato Concentrate
- 500ml Cooking Cream
- Seasonings (Red Pepper Powder, Salt, Pepper)
- 200g Wide Noodles
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Fry the chopped onion in sunflower oil until slightly golden, then add the chopped garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms and fry for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Add the cooking cream to the fried mushrooms and wait for it to boil over low heat. Add the tomato paste and spices and let it cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 3
Add 1l of water to another pot, cover and wait for it to boil. Then add the wide noodles and cook for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 4
Add the drained wide noodles to the prepared sauce and cook together over low heat for 2-3 minutes to combine the sauce with the noodles. Remove from heat and enjoy!
