A cake that is the basis of every holiday plate, every celebration and every thought when we say cake crust. That's why we create the Hungarian Queen as the first and basic dessert of Gotes's kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
- 1l Milk
- 9dkg All-purpose flour
- 200g Sugar
- 200g Chocolate
- 250g Butter
- Cake crust
- Icing:
- 200g Chocolate
- 6 tablespoons oil
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Mix the milk, flour and sugar over low heat until it boils, then add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes thick.
STEP 2
Remove the cream from the heat and add the butter to the hot mixture to help it melt. Gently work the mixture until the butter is gone.
STEP 3
Arrange the crusts on the base, spread a layer of cream and put the crust back on, continue until you run out of crust. The last layer should be just the crust.
STEP 4
When the cake has cooled, melt the chocolate and oil in a steamer, wait for the frosting to cool and pour it over your cake.
Let the frosting set, then cut and serve!
Enjoy!
