Named after the royal mixture that is the base of this delicacy, wide noodles are covered in a sauce made from three types of vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Red Onion
- 40ml Sunflower Oil
- 1 Head of Garlic
- 100g Cauliflower
- 100g Broccoli
- 100g Carrots
- 500ml Cooking Cream
- Seasonings (vegetable, salt, pepper)
- 200g Gotes Wide Noodles
- Parmesan
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Add 1l of water to a pot and cook the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 2
Fry the chopped onion in sunflower oil until lightly golden, then add the minced garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the cooking cream and spices and cook over low heat until the vegetables are cooked.
STEP 3
When the vegetables are cooked, add the drained vegetables to the sauce. Combine them together and cook for another 15-20 minutes over low heat so that the sauce takes on a rich vegetable flavor.
STEP 4
When the sauce is finished, add salt to 1l of water and cook the noodles over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. After that, strain them and add them to the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes, when everything is combined, remove from the heat and serve.
