Broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower - these are the basic ingredients of our bowl of health. To enrich the vegetable base itself, Gotes noodles are added, which tie the whole story together.
INGREDIENTS
- 150g carrots
- 150g broccoli
- 100g celery
- Parsley leaves
- 1 red onion
- 50ml sunflower oil
- Vegetable stock cube
- Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, vegeta)
- 120g Gotes noodles
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Add chopped onion to sunflower oil. As the onion turns slightly golden, add chopped celery and parsley, fry together, and after 3-4 minutes, add chopped carrots. At the very end, add chopped garlic and fry everything together for another 1 minute.
STEP 2
Add 1l of water, wait for everything to boil, and add vegetable stock (foundation). Cook everything together for 20 minutes on low heat, adding spices as desired.
STEP 3
Finally, add noodles to the boiled soup and cook for 1-2 minutes.
